Negotiating Group Public Liability Insurance

Estates with active residents’ associations in receipt of a Council grant are eligible for public liability insurance. This provides cover in the event of accident in public areas of the estate, especially important where CE schemes are in operation, and for community events. Community sheds containing expensive power tools can also be covered against damage and theft.
